Owners on-site with insurance inspector to discuss issues with roof and handled my appeal with success. Extremely responsive and addressed every concern with a great attitude and a smile. I had a roof leak, during a major storm. One of my neighbors had recently had a roof replaced by Redneck Roofing, and was very pleased by their service. I called Redneck Roofing and Patrick came to give me an inspection and proposal. I was pleased by their professionalism and the estimate seemed very reasonable. Two days later, he came on a Saturday and completely resealed problem areas on my roof. His subcontractor will be calling soon to assess and repair any water damage from the leak. We found a small leak in our roof over the long weekend. A quick call and a few texts later Patrick and his crew were here to fix our roof properly and quickly. All pricing was clear and fair. We will gladly work with Patrick and his crew again when the need arises.
