Highly recommend. Great customer service and work. Extremely knowledgeable of roofing, products and insurance support. Owners on-site with insurance inspector to discuss issues with roof and handled my appeal with success. Extremely responsive and addressed every concern with a great attitude and a smile. I had a roof leak, during a major storm. One of my neighbors had recently had a roof replaced by Redneck Roofing, and was very pleased by their service. I called Redneck Roofing and Patrick came to give me an inspection and proposal. I was pleased by their professionalism and the estimate seemed very reasonable. Two days later, he came on a Saturday and completely resealed problem areas on my roof. His subcontractor will be calling soon to assess and repair any water damage from the leak.
