Service Department was so helpful I had engine work done on my truck and the mechanic called me to inform me at the end of each day to let me know about the progress of the work being done. Very professional!
Fast Courteous Service! The part I needed was inventoried and on the shelf. I called, got a price quote and when I arrived, I was greeted by friendly employees. I was in and out within 5 minutes! Highly recommended!!!
Poor Work. Do not recommend. Redmond's replaced an engine in my car. (Ford 2000 Taurus). The work was finished a week past when promised. Within 6 months, the car has major oil leak problems. This is a lousy place to get your car fixed. Run. Run away fast.

BAD - Do NOT Use- Poor Customer Service I called the owner/manager when one of his drivers blocked my residential street to pick up a vehicle causing me and three other cars to be late for work. I asked that he train his drivers to respond and respect people when they ask him to move- (the driver had not even parked yet- he could have easily manuvered the truck out of the way -but instead chose to ignore my request.
