Brittany has always been amazing whenever we need help. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents are getting services they need in timely manner. Today she delayed her lunch time just to help me setting up my payment account. My family and I are really so appreciative.
I completed a tour today with Tatiana. She explained what affordable housing is and walked me through the process, and she was able to answer all of my questions.
My shocked by some of the reviews, My experience with the leasing agent was the best customer service I’ve had she was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and explained the difference between low income and affordable housing to me and how the application process works and fees and a breakdown of everything very reasonably she offered to do a tour and encouraged me to apply numerous times even explained if I was denied we can do a over ride , I also have a friend who lives here and she has stated this complex ha... read more
I was simply trying to tour the property, they cancelled the tour without notifying me. I figured that out at the time of tour when I arrived at the property. Also, when I processed application form, their system got glitch so my full house hold were not counted they say I am over qualified for the property. I had to argue with them so long then the agent felt uncomfortable talking with me and they are just rejecting me.
Do NOT apply here if you're low-income or on a budget—this place is NOT affordable housing despite any marketing. They charged me $45 per adult application fee + $200 holding deposit = $290 total just to apply, which is outrageous for what they claim. -but wait theres more My application was denied due to screening (high/severe charge-offs), (2k fyi) but they are refusing to refund the $200 holding deposit.
