Maintenance here is a nightmare and not worth the hassle. I went to the office after waiting three weeks with no laundry because the washer has been down. We are clearly not a priority for them. I went in frustrated and told them they can take as long as they want to fix it, but they should not charge us for the washer and dryer in the meantime. They charge $50 every month for the washer and dryer, and at this point I basically own that broken washer. I’m paying $50 for a machine that doesn’t even work. What a rip-off. Tatia... read more
