Although showing a bit of compassion during our visit, it was evident by things said that money was the main concern. Also, there was a delay in obtaining the death certificates. There had been no follow up on the part of the staff. She wouldn’t have known of the delay had I not called to check in. Grieving is hard enough! Please put the families first!

My sister unexpectedly passed. I did not live in the area, but she was sent to Redmond Memorial. They called me and kept in touch with me through everything that needed to be worked out. All the way through getting my sister back home and checking in afterwards. Very appreciative of it all.
