Professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and exceeded all expectations during a difficult time. Thank you.
Although showing a bit of compassion during our visit, it was evident by things said that money was the main concern. Also, there was a delay in obtaining the death certificates. There had been no follow up on the part of the staff. She wouldn’t have known of the delay had I not called to check in. Grieving is hard enough! Please put the families first!
