Booked two appointments with her and was “double booked by mistake” both times. This time I was here for my appointment and she turned me away and took the other client. I was even here before the other client but asked to stay in my car until my appointment time. So unprofessional. I had to get child care for this appointment today. Don’t book with her if you actually want a massage. Also this was for my birthday. Nice….
