I have a family member in crisis and this was his only option for mental health care. I was concerned it was going to be a lower level of care. They are supporting him through the whole entire process. He was visited by his therapist outside of the office and given referrals for in-home therapy when he gets home. I can't speak to other people's experience but as we know people often give reviews when they aren't happy not when things go well. The U.S. Marine Corps discharged me the same week I received notice from the court about the dissolution of my marriage. My 3 children have been receiving services for the past year or so. Nancy at the front desk....is one of the best receptionists I have ever met! She not only knows myself, my 3 children, but ever other patient I see walk in, by name! She has gone above and beyond to make the setting enjoyable just by walking in the front door! Also, Erynn, Zoe, and Emma, I can't thank you all enough for the support you've given my children and I! No words could ever express my gratitude!!
