good bike shop When the movers broke my Rock Shox, I was rathered annoyed. So I took the bike to Redmond Cycle to have them install a new fork. They offered me a Rock Shox, but I wasn't in a position to spend a few hundred dollars more on the bike. So they found a solid fork that matched the paint color. The fork was inexpensive and they didn't charge me for it, only for the labor of installing. It was a good deal in my opinion and I'll shop there again. PROS: good service CONS: not the best prices, but you pay for expertise
Disappointed with tune up and follow up I took in my bike for a tune up ($60+) but shortly afterwards developed a clicking noise in the bottom bracket before a long ride. I asked Redmond to take a look, but they were too busy to do for nearly two weeks. They tried to sell me tools so I could do it myself. I realize that it was a busy time, but since I had specifically asked them to look at this problem and they didn't fix it, it was a disappointing experience.
RecommendedI was so pleased to walk into the store tonight and immediately find what I needed. Thank you Redmond Cycle for staying open as long as you can in this time of social distancing and sheltering in place.
Great selection of bikes, and a great staff. The guys in the shop know there stuff and won’t try and oversell you like some of the other shops I’ve been too.
I needed a quick adjustment to my dropper post which they gladly fixed within 5 minutes. Great customer service.
My son had been saving for a new bike for months and for his 5th birthday we promised we would take him to Redmond Cycle to get it. However, I got off work a little late and we didn’t get there til 10 my minutes after closing. He was devastated. But someone saw us outside and had the heart to make his birthday wish come true. I cannot expressions my gratitude enough! He has been on that bike day and night since... � Thank you!
Stopped by to pick-up blinky lights for my son's bike and Matt was super helpful in showing me the range of possibilities. I picked up one that charges via USB so no batteries. Very cool and great service is always a plus!
Wonderful customer service. I came in only with questions, they were answered even though they knew I was not going to buy anything. I will be going back to buy components for my family's bicycles as needed.
They fixed my wife's bike as promised. Fast, friendly service. There are some nice bikes in their showroom.
