My wife called both Collinsville and Edwardsville office for quotes back in JANUARY. It is now April and we have not heard anything. Anytime she tried to call she was rudely spoke to and then they just stopped answering phones. I have a friend who recently switched from them because it took them 3 weeks to email her copies of her auto cards because they never answer the phone and they have the most inconsiderate, rude employees we have ever encountered. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went in near the end of September and ask for a quote for my car and my homeowners and they said 2 to 3 weeks and never got my quote for 2 months. By then I found somebody else for my car insurance and homeowners. Then they keep sending you follow up emails asking if they can help. If they wanted to help it shouldn't take 2 months to get quotes when everybody else I called only took maybe two days.
If you are wanting a good friendly service, with informed agents, and fair pricing. Look elsewhere. The owner does nothing but talk over you the entire time, then hangs up. He can't answer any important questions. The best answer I got was "because of modern technology I don't have access to data that determines the rates you will pay". The rest of them will just tell you vague answers and hope you just go away. After speaking with 4 other people in the office not one of them told me the same information as the previous pers... read more
