from my experience, they treat you according to the amount of money that is spent with them. my fathers funeral was under \$4,000. during visitation the podium was bent. during the grave services the chairs were rusted. the driver of the herse snatched and tore flowers, and he actually drove over graves, sense my father was buried in the back of the cemetary, i guess. where is the honor and integrity?
