Managed our condos in concord for 6 years. Started good but went down fast. At the end, we had three vacancies for more than a year . Kept blaming it on the market being bad. Changed the management company and all units were rented in less than two weeks! Working with her was a nightmare, never answered the phone, emails or texts. STAY AWAY!

The WORST property management ever! She was managing our HOA for a little over 3 years. During this time she never returned calls or emails. Once we put her to the fire to show bank documentation she quite without notice breaking the contract we had with her. After a month we finally got the financial info and ended up missing over $30k. She's now under investigation with the NC Real estate commission looking at possible Federal charges. She's a thief and a con artist. Avoid her at all costs!

We agree with the other posts. We put up with late monthly rent checks and statements, rarely received before the 15th of the month. 1099's were incorrect several years and IRS contacted us concerning this last year, as RP did not send in corrected 1099 form. Phone calls and emails were delayed or not returned. Last tenant was evicted and we are out several months rent. This is absolutely the WORST property management company! Our HOA has used Redman Properties for the last 3 years, but it was 3 years too long. Once dues were paid her database was never updated and I have had to use a lawyer TWICE to get her to do anything. In addition, Tammy is never available by phone and takes weeks or months to return emails, if she ever returns them at all. If you are looking for a management company please heed my advice and use another company!

This is the worst experience I've ever encountered. Tammy is very unprofessional and rude. She should not be in business. Before moving into one of her properties, I was promised it would be cleaned up, landscaped, and ready to move in. Nothing was done. The house was a complete dump, not even running water or light bulbs. Was infested inside and out.
