I am very pleased with the care I receive at this office and with Jefferson health in general.
Was going here before it became Jefferson, and 3 docs left to go concierge. All I can say is Stay away from Dr. Beena and you'll be ok. She's bossy, talks about other doctor's diagnosis as being " wrong" and seems like she does not like patients to participate. So I saw an NP for several years - no problem. Addendum - 8/25 UGH! Jeff has system now where you can't get your doctor's office via phone. You call a central location and they " dispatch" the call as if we're calling Triple A. Not good! I'm looking elsewhere. Prior to this my mom got excellent care from Alexandria Kwapinski, PA-C. Since Alex has left it has been a shitshow! No one seems to be able to refill a script for an inhaler my mom uses everyday because no one is picking up the slack from the provider leaving. When I called in I was assured a provider would order it. It has now been 4 days and nothing! Even the pharmacy called the office twice. Total incompetence!!!! *****More incompetence!!
