This company actually cares about their customers. They had some price changes last minute and were very up front about it with me and instead of just increasing my cost , we worked it out together and came up with a reasonable alternative. In these uncertain times, prices are gonna change, that’s just a fact of life, and while it’s easy to blame the company, if they are transparent about these changes and walk you thru the why, then you realize you have the right partner in business. That’s what Redline is.
Fantastic experience with these guys. They handle everything all the way from purchase to implementation. Very straightforward and honest about pricing, that was the most important. Todd is a stand up guy, one of the only I trust in the business. Thanks guys!
