My parents bought a cheap four wheeler for Jason Kuhn for my son for Christmas 2021. About two weeks of riding the front wheel came off while he was riding causing it to throw him over the handle bars ( minor injuries). I called Kuhn to inquire why this happened. I was excited to learn of Redline's ability to service my Can-Am Spyder. However, my experience with them regarding an oil and filter change, new air filter and rear tire replacement was far less than stellar. I contacted Redline to get some idea about the cost for these services. The oil change was quoted at $180 given that I would provide the kit. Was there Monday looking at 4 wheelers. Emailed, text and called the contacts I was provided to ask a sales person to give me a detailed breakdown of the out the door price. Never heard anything back. Had cash in hand to buy a Polaris but I’ll look in Charleston for a reputable dealer that wants my money.
WORST PLACE EVER. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM. WORST $1,100 I HAVE EVER SPENT. THE 4 WHEELERS AINT NO GOOD EVERY TIME ITS RODE IT HAVE TO GO TO THE SHOP CAUSE IT STOP CRANKING & THEY CLAIM THEY FIX IT RIDE IT FOR A DAY OR 2 & ITS THE SAME THANG BUT EVERYTIME THEY FIXING SOMETHING DIFFERENT ON THIS BRAND NEW 4 WHEELER. THIS 4 WHEELER HAVE LITERALLY BEEN AT THEIR SHOP MORE THAN AT MY HOUSE....SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE & SHOP WITH SOMEONE ELSE....THEY SELLING RAGEDY 4 WHEELERS.....THEY JUST WANT $$$$
1 simple oil change(that was promised would be quick), 1 (wasted) month later that it sat in there lot waiting, and several false commitments later, we picked our ride up and took it elsewhere!

If you are reading this review, trying to decide if you should do business with, Jason and the guys at Redline Powersports, I can definitly answer your question. I had heard some good comments about this ATV dealer ,so I decided to try them. I made a new purchase on one of their Mini Jeeps, for my grandkids. I drove four hours to get to the dealer.
