I purchased a bike on June 11th. originally they were supposed to transfer my license plate over. They didn't so after incurring fees from the ***. I called the dealership and they told me they were going to get me a new license plate. The problem now is I didn't have a temp tag. I called redline again. They issued a temp tag. That temp tag is now expired and I have yet to receive my license plate. It has been 66 business days since the date of my purchase. My insurance company is now saying that unless I register the bike t... read more

I am leaving this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the purchase and service experience at Indian Motorcycles of ********, Redline Powersports. I purchased a 2023 Indian Roadmaster Dark Horse with over $4,000 in modifications and accessories in July of 2024, in addition to over $1,200 in riding gear. My total expenditure for this purchase was approximately $35,000.I live 80 miles from the dealership and made five (5) trips, totaling 800 miles and numerous hours, in an effort to complete my transaction and rec... read more

They advertised the 2024 Yamaha XT250 for $5399 on the Redline Power Sports website for Sumter S.C.So today I went by to purchase the advertised bike. Yet the salesman told me it would cost closer to $7000. I told him the most I could do and he said I needed to come up around $6500. Only until I came home did I see the advertisement, otherwise I would've brought it up. Now I'm not even sure if I want to deal with these people. And from what I've read from other reviewers, don't buy anything from them until thoroughly going t... read more

( *********************, *********************** ) To ******* you out of your hard earned money, They gave me a out door ***** and told me to come down and paperwork would be ready. Garbage human being, concerned with profit and absolutely nothing else. ************* staff with below average skills, caused over $400 in damaged parts on a brand new motorcycle simply putting the bike together. They forgot several bolts which I replaced at my own cost. They stripped out 2 hook bolts costing me $200 of my own money. They forgot to inspect or sticker the motorcycle which I had to do at my own cost. They did zero follow up after purchase, and showed zero concern over the parts they damaged and did not replace... read more

AVOID REDLINE POWERSPORTS IN ******, ** AT ALL COSTS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE.Purchased a used Royal Enfield Himalayan at Redline Powersports in ******, ** on 12/26/2023 and paid for it in full at the time of sale. The sales experience wasnt spectacular but it wasnt terrible either. I left feeling good about the transaction and was going to write a positive review once I received the title for the motorcycle.I live out of state and, as I recall, asked to receive the title at the time of sale so I could do the pap... read more

Purchased a bike outright in December 2023. After my temp tag expired I contacted them to find out where my plate/Title was. Nobody could provide an answer other than "sometimes there is a delay". They issued a 2nd temp tag. Now here is the interesting part - a property tax bill showed up for the bike and it is registered/titled/plated in someone else's name. Not a typo of my name but someone else's name all together. They did not have a power of attorney to register/title in that persons name, only mine. This was not a fina... read more

This place *****. The service department say they will get back to you and they don't. You asked to speak to a manager they give you the run around. They had my slingshot over a month and still no answers. I was told they were supposed to be waiting for the warranty to get approved. But I called Polaris and they said there is nothing in my file for a warranty being submitted for vehicle.

Business response:

******************** brought his Slingshot to us on July 10. At that time, we were 3 weeks out on scheduled work. This was communicated clearly with ******************** at the time of vehicle drop-off. ************************ vehicle problems have been diagnosed, warranty submitted (case #C-8190612-X0G0P9), approved by Polaris and currently is ready for pick-up. The only problem ******************** had seemed to have been the vehicle was not completed in the timeline that met ************************ expectations. For tha... read more

This place is horrible. They have one customer service worker in the service department that is very helpful. I think his name was ***** so I can't blame all of this on him because he really tried to help. I took my can am there for a repair that was covered by the warranty. They also put lights on my can am that looks like I could have done it myself. You could see the light strips. I paid over $600 for trash lights. I don't even turn them on they look so horrible. They repaired my heated grips. I rode the bike home, tried ... read more

Business response:

************** brought ** lights that she purchased outside of Redline and ask us to install. We did and she was charged $420, not $600. In addition, we also installed the backrest at no extra charge. Along with the mobile pick-up of unit. The backrest is removable and was not defective. Unfortunately, it appears that we did not explain the removal process well enough, and it became an issue. We apologize for this inconvenience, as it should have never come to this. With this all being said, we have accommodated ************... read more
