Flawless place to bring your VW/Audi, Brought my 7.5 into these guys last minute the day before Thanksgiving for an alignment and they got me in early and out early! I scheduled the appointment on a Monday the week of and they were still able to get me in. Definitely bringing my car here when it's time for some performance upgrades as many do and should!
I came to these guys after hearing really great things. At last minute, before a road trip, I found something wrong with my car, amd they went above amd beyond, with scheduling me in, and fixing the issues my car was having. I cant say enough good things about my experience, everyone I had a chance to talk to were freidnly, knowledgeable and patient with me. Will 100% be going back for any needs in the future. Redline with the save! I had suspension work done at a previous shop several times, but they couldn't quite get the alignment to where it was necessary for my ride after they installed the parts I needed. No worries. Took my ride to Redline and they were able to diagnose, fix the issue, and explain what happened in a day! Highly recommend!
I have yet to do actual business with this company, however, I did spend sometime on the phone with Brian who took his time to go over all of my options I have for my car, he helped me narrow down choices and was both friendly and professional. I didn't feel rushed nor any did I feel any sales pressure. It was a great experience and I recommend doing business here. Brian seems extremely genuine and he is patient.
