Well, it all started out great. They even delivered the vehicle to me in Mississippi with the assurance that everything was in working order. Over the next day or two, it became evident that wasn't true. Cruise didn't work, fog lights didn't work, rear sliding window didn't work, promises to order and ship me cup holders (turned out to be a $200 panel that I'm having to buy) that were missing got forgotten and text started being ignored. I recently bought a car at Redline from Randy Crain. I looked online then came in for a test drive and left with the keys in my hand the same day! Randy & Scott the office manager provided excellent customer service!
The customer service at the Cypress St location was just amazing. Every employee was extremely nice and courteous and a fun group of people. I have never had fun in any car buying experience but the people there are so laid back and fun to be around that it didn't even seem like any typical car buying.
