Had redline come out to our home to fix issues with the Heater. Three time working with this company and the issue has only gotten worse. They sent out technicians who I wasn’t able to even speak with because of the language barrier. They then told me the only problem was changing the filters inside the home. (It’s a new build) The filter was not the problem. We had some adversity in our family recently, Redline took it upon themselves to help our daughters without a second thought. We were so impressed with what they did for us we went ahead and had them swap our entire hvac system at another location. They came out and swapped everything in one day (80% blower heater and heat exchanger - pretty big job). Literally not one hiccup or mixup and ONE DAY. This company and their staff are on it!
