So bad. I had an appointment today from 10AM-12PM and I called at 11:40AM and redline has an answering service (not even the company) who then said someone would call me back. No one did. I called at 2:15PM (answering service again and not the actual company) and said what is happening? Why has no one called me back or arrived - they apologized and said someone will call me back ASAP. It is now 3PM (3 hours after they were meant to arrive) and I cannot get hold of anyone and no one will answer my calls. They clearly do not h... read more

They are always very responsive and work to fit into schedule for urgent matters!
Redline kept me updated throughout the process or scheduling and arrival times. The technician was very polite and professional. He explained what all he found. I will use their services again when necessary.
