First of all i would like to thank Redline and specially coach Paul.. I trained under Paul and successfully cleared both the Surrey and VPD POPAT on my first attempt with an official time of 3:24. I highly recommend Redline to anyone preparing for the POPAT or similar physical tests. Paul pushed us beyond our limits during training, making the official test feel much easier
