I couldn't have passed POPAT without the amazing coaches at Redline. My first practice test was 5:16 and because of redline I passed my POPAT with only 3-4 weeks of training! With regular training here I have improved my FORCE test score as well.100% recommended for anyone looking to train for law enforcement/military or for personal fitness goals!

Thanks to Redline Conditioning, I passed my COPAT with a time of 2:25! Their 2-week prep program was focused, efficient, and really got me ready for the test. Highly recommend them to anyone aiming to succeed!
Coming into this, not knowing a single thing about the POPAT or the process, Tanya and Jeremiah made it super easy even though the test itself was a nightmare. They know how to keep you going, motivate you and are super fun and friendly throughout the entire process. Test passed but I'm certainly going to keep coming back regularly even though it's an hour drive each way for me.
