My car has been waiting to get fixed now for months, I call them for updates, but noone EVER answers the phone, and they have never even set up a voice-mail. The only way to get in touch with them is to go to the shop itself but then NOONE ever seems to know what's going on. I have never left a bad review on anyone but these guys really need to get their stuff together.
