They are very friendly. I had an oil change. They took care of me quickly. I have used them once before. Great people, care about you and your vehicle. Would recommend them to everyone. Very impressed! Great work!
I went to another place first (Steven's Automotive) for an issue I had with a throttle position sensor (TPS) on my 1995 Mitsubishi, but he refused to even look at it because it was not OBD2 and he couldn't diagnose it with a scan tool. Redline was happy to take a look. It turned out that the TPS was faulty, he replaced it, and now I am back on the road. Some shops only know how to do what a scan tool tells them, while other shops know how to actually look at the faulty parts.
Highly recommend! They were a blessing to work with replacing the starter in my car & I can’t say enough nice things about them. Finding a mechanic you can actually trust isn’t easy, but RedLine Automotive Care made it simple. They are amazing, dependable people with real integrity & the kind of shop that makes sure the job is done right! If you’re looking for a shop you can trust, this is the place. I can’t thank Redline Automotive enough! My vehicle was having some weird issues, and another shop had even told me it could be a bad motor. I was planning a 9+ hour drive to McAllen, TX that same day and was stressed when three other shops said it would take days just to look at it. Redline got me in right away, did a proper diagnostic, and kept me updated every step of the way. They found the real issue, got the right parts, and had me back on the road. Thanks to them, I made the trip with no problems. Highly recommend!
