While the auto service is excellent, I had a horrendously BAD experience with Redline's Budget Truck Rental. Nick proactively sold me on using their service, so I cancelled my Ryder reservation to go with Budget. BIG MISTAKE! Nick called me the DAY BEFORE our move to tell me the truck guaranteed 3 weeks earlier was not available. NO TRUCK despite having professional movers contracted to load the next day!
