Paul and the team at Redline made buying my car easy, and I've been just as happy with their service department since. Tesla quoted me $374 to replace my 12V battery. Redline did it for $200. While he had the car in, I mentioned my sound system had been sounding off. Paul found a cable near the amp that appeared to have shorted — apparently a known issue where the plastic/rubber insulation on that connector can wear through on the production line.
