Zero stars if I could. Purchased a 2020 ford transit from here a few years back. Was told there was no accident history. When I went to look at the vehicle it was dirty but drove well. I did not take it on the highway like I should have and had them clean it (which they said they were going to do for me when I picked it up the next day). Came in yesterday looking to purchase a Rivian R1T. Stacey the sales person was pleasant to work with. After the test drive as we were negotiating, I told them 45,500 out the door and I would purchase it today. Here comes the good part. 2 hours goes by and the manager/owner (whoever the bald guy in the back is) came out and gave me a list of things he needed to fix on my trade in.
