We joined Redline after attending a session with a friend. My son left the class with a huge smile on his face and eager to return. The coaches provide age/skill appropriate exercises and drills, while making it fun and encouraging. We saw improvements in physical ability as well as attitude. Consistency is key for results, but this is easy to do when it’s an environment they look forward to. Thank you for providing a space where kids of all ages can have a positive experience to move their bodies and grow their minds!
Redline Athletics is awesome!! Noah and the trainers are excellent, and they really motivate the kids in the training sessions. I could easily notice the athletic development of my son, and also increased confidence that came from doing the classes. I love that they mix agility, speed, and strength in their training program. I would highly recommend Redline to anyone who has a young athlete looking to improve performance.
My 16 yo son attends training classes at the Falls of Neuse location and they have been fantastic! Noah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the signing up phase. All of the coaches bring their individual expertise to the training sessions and being able to reserve his spot via the app is extremely helpful 👌 My son has noticed a difference in his performance and football shape in the few weeks he's been attending. Would absolutely recommend!
The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating and want each athlete to reach their full potential. My child’s strength, speed, and confidence have improved so much since joining. They create an environment that pushes kids to work hard while still enjoying the process. The facility is always clean, organized, and well-equipped. If you’re looking for a place where young athletes can grow both physically and mentally, this is it!
Redline is fantastic—my young athlete gets a challenging, positive workout every time. The coaches/leaders are awesome: professional, encouraging, and truly invested. The facility is clean and dialed-in.
