Redline in buffalo grove is incredible, I got the opportunity to work with Alex whom is very experienced. I’m a senior at Vernon hills highschool and play football. Alex helped me develop the skills and improve my performance on and off the field whether it was speed, balance, strength etc. Alex is a great guy and it’s unfortunate my football career has come to an end, otherwise I would use his experience every week. My kids love coaches and the atmosphere. Coaches are very encouraging and helpful..Both my sons grew so much as an athlete under their guidance.
My 10 years old son has been going to redline for almost couple years. We’ve recommended to quite a few other friends and neighbors as their kids have joined it too. Highly recommended.
