I had a thermostat issue and Redlaw, specially Jackson Basham, came out, not only diagnosed and fixed it, but check out multiple other things to ensure the system was working properly and that the issue at hand would not happen again. I had another company come out to determine what the problem was with my mini split not working. The worker found the leak and I exposed it so it was easy to get to. Their price to come back and fix it seemed rather high so I called Redlaw to get another price. Their quote was about $400 to $500 so I told them to send someone out to do the job. The fellow they sent checked out the situation and gave me a price of $495 so I told him to do the work. After he finished he said a diagnostic charge would be added to that and that ... read more
I'll start with highly recommending Redlaw Mechanical for your HVAC needs. We purchased a home with two HVAC units requiring complete replacement. The project required extensive ductwork modifications on the Trane 3 ton unit to include relocating the air handler.
