Dr. Roger Rains was my Dr. for almost 6 years. I had the best experience with him and with his staff. Unfortunately Dr. Rains has retired. The new staff and current Dr.'s in place with Redlands Yucaipa Medical Group at 245 Terracina, are rude. The recptionist, if this is what we want to call her, was callous, mean, uncaring, she alone has ruined my relationship with this medical group.
