We hit the jackpot finding Carlos in the beginning of our two week RV trip. This was the first big vacation in our RV and for some reason we didn’t have hot water and our electric stairs weren’t working. We ended up only being a few minutes away from Carlos’ house, so we drove there. He not only fixed our hot water problem, but diagnosed the stairs and told us how to fix them.
