First and for most I am not one for writing criticism but after spending $14000 I rather phone one of the owners (Karen)to discuss issues or complaints. The workers have always been friendly and helpful especially Dan. I was disappointed after leaving a message and not receiving a call back. Now it been two months to discuss what happen and still not haven't received Karen phone call. What is impressive is that talking to guests at The Grove who are getting some service or work done on their RV are so happy and have been coming to Redlands Truck and RV for years. All of them say that the care and quality of the work performed are equal to the care that is given to each of them as a person. I am a customer for life. Ben Hill
