Recently contacted Redland Tree Services was promised a quote I chased up again a few days later, promised a quote for the 2nd time. Nothing still so I gave up , very disappointing had to go elsewhere, doesn’t seem they want the business. Won’t win customers over & repeat business if you don’t reply.

Having consulted Andrew and RTS on many occasions across different sites, I can highly recommend Andrew as an arborist who is doing what he does for the right reasons and genuinely cares about achieving a good and balanced outcome for wildlife, trees, and people (safety).

I am not able to comment on tree services provided by this business but the landscaping works it undertakes fall short of any reasonable expectations. Inability to commit to time frames once the initial site works were completed was augmented by a serious lack of quality control. We are now having to get another company in to finish the job as corners were cut and there was no interest in fixing up the defects.
