Just had a really unpleasant experience with this dentist’s office. It was my first appointment, so I arrived early to complete the paperwork. Then the receptionist had me “sign” five documents on the little screen that only shows your signature. I asked her if I could get a copy of what I signed and she said “ummm… I suppose.” I said you are supposed to give me a copy of whatever I sign."
