Great staff very friendly and helpful. Very disappointing waiting room no privacy when talking about your medical background. Not everyone likes a crowd when talking to reception.
Fantastic service, great staff, was seen quickly and they did a great job of treating my damaged finger
Terrible, don't waste your time. Waited so long, watched everyone go in before me. No update from staff. This is the second time with the same experience.
What right does one of your staff have to bully my daughter and make her cry. Just because you are having personal problems don't take it out on the patients. We are always hearing and rightly so that patients abusing staff is unacceptable why not the reverse. All the other staff members were lovely, if they can cope with a difficult and stressful job and not turn into a bullies why not this one member, maybe a change of profession is required.
Was in and out honestly a lot faster than I thought! Had an x-ray and ECG and staff were all very nice :)
