James was and is a quality person. He is efficient, reliable, patient, professional and has appropriate humor. James was respectful of my timing in that when I first contacted him I was not ready at that yome to seriously look at houses but wanted to get on his radar. It has been a complete joy to have James guide me, explain further when he could tell I wasn’t fully understanding something. I truly cannot say enough positive descriptors about him. He is one of a kind, a real gem. I highly recommend him.
