What a positive experience! The staff was amazing. My 81 yo mom needed equipment adjustment, she was given a poorly fitted brace while she was in the hospital. The staff was so helpful and informative. From Dana at the front desk who explained all of our options both on the phone and at the location to Amber who was so kind, gentle and thorough with my elderly mom. I am grateful for this place.
Great people here! They will treat you with respect and do their very best to help you during what can be a very difficult and trying time in your life. It goes to show that being a bigger business with numerous locations across the country doesn't mean better service, more experience nor does it guarantee the personal care a Client may need. I'm sure everyone in the position of needing these types of services usually have their preferred and favorite place to go!
I can’t say enough good things about this office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. They took the time to listen, explain every step, and make sure my my needs were met. The attention to detail and compassion here are is clear. You can tell they truly care about helping people in their quality of life. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and kindness — highly recommend to anyone in need of prosthetic & orthotic care!
It has been a great pleasure working with this office. They are all both so professional and personable. I had AFO’s made after surgery on both my ankles. They are a major component of why and how I’m back on my feet after not even being able to stand for 2.5 yrs. Eternally grateful to have been referred by my surgeon to Travis and his team. My feet feel so secure and comfortable. Something I wasn’t sure I’d ever feel again. Thank you for being a part of this journey. Couldn’t have done it without you guys!!
