Horrible, I don't know what happened to this place 8 years ago I had my obgyn here and loved it. I came back here this year when I was experiencing issues they didn't do anything besides sending me to get bloodwork done. For about 2 months I kept calling trying to schedule an appointment apparently they don't answer phone calls. I would leave a message they would eventually call me back hours later and of course I would miss the call as im not allowed to be on my personal phone during work. Qalla believes that women who experience debilitating pain should just deal with it and wait till they have kids because not being able to function a week out of every month doesn't matter until an imaginary man says so. I went in wanting to solve my chronic debilitating painful periods where I'm passing out and have lost jobs over. I agreed to have a laparoscopic surgery to be diagnosed with endometriosis. I was extremely hesitant transferring to a new Obygn during my first trimester because of my first OB being far out of my way. I am thankful I did not allow the reviews to cloud my judgement. I made the best choice choosing this office for my prenatal care! I don’t care what others have said about Dr.Qalla but I appreciate and respect him. He is a great provider showing empathy and displays pride in his work. Best experience as a first time mother and I was fortunate enough to have had Dr.Qalla delivery my first baby. Can’t even answer a phone call!
I don’t recommend this Obgyn to anyone. I would bring up issues or concerns I had, and they would disregard anything I said. I always met with a nurse or physicians assistant and never the doctor. I didn’t meet the doctor (DR. HAGE) until after I delivered my baby, he also tried to gaslight me and claimed he met with me numerous times during my prenatal appointments.
