I have gone with Redlands OBGYN Associates for all of my pregnancies (4th presently). They treat you with respect and kindness. Sunmeet Chawla was my NP I had for all of my visits and was incredibly compassionate and a great listener to all of my questions and concerns. Tech wise they use an online portal and are good about sending you appt reminders via text to confirm appts. For a busy mom, this was helpful. Recommend this kind staff if you are looking for an OBGYN office.
I would give zero stars if I could. I hope everyone thinking of choosing this place as their OBGYN office reads my review as well as the others. I wish I had read the reviews before choosing this place. Things were okay at first and as a first time mom and someone who had never had an OBGYN before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I have tried to go to this place twice and in every step from the front desk, to the vitals, to the appointments and biopsy and results, I felt dismissed. The doctor spoke so fast. I really did give them 2 chances years apart and saw no improvement. In both cases I felt like my needs were dismissed and very little was explained to me, and they didn’t even remember my previous visit from years before or what we had discussed just 6 weeks ago. Horrible, I don't know what happened to this place 8 years ago I had my obgyn here and loved it. I came back here this year when I was experiencing issues they didn't do anything besides sending me to get bloodwork done. For about 2 months I kept calling trying to schedule an appointment apparently they don't answer phone calls. I would leave a message they would eventually call me back hours later and of course I would miss the call as im not allowed to be on my personal phone during work.
