Came in a few times to purchase a key fob,house keys and a couple accessories. Phone calls are not rushed. Every question answered and they also wont rush you while in person. Work dogs as I call them are behind the counter..if you dont like dogs or the " smell" dont go here..dogs are friendly.This key shop is definitely out of my way but I like their service and hope you will too
The guy's at the this establishment are absolutely amazing. I needed a new key made that goes into my fob for my Dodge and they took the time to figure out the lock to get the key pattern. You guys rock

Redlands Lock and Key replaced my defective Schlage electronic lock in my Beaumont home. Prior to selecting them to do the work, I visited their shop in Redlands on Citrus Avenue and was impressed with their facility, attitude, advice, and easy of establishing an appointment. They are experienced expert locksmiths that are passionate about their work and work ethic.
