Efficient dismantlement of old A/C system.
I wasn't convinced a second maintenance visit was necessary, but this technician uncovered some worn fan belts missed the first time and replaced them in under an hour. Comparing both services, this one felt more thorough and preventive.
I was expecting a straightforward job, and while it did take most of the afternoon, they carefully dismantled and reassembled the A/C system with evident attention to avoiding further issues. It's been running smoothly since the repair, which suggests their work was thorough.
All systems go, full service.
I loved the fact that when they were here last time and our A/C was struggling, they sent a new technician who located a faulty capacitor and changed it within an hour. That was not the case after my first discussion with another company and the item has been performing well since.
