This morning I rang the florist from Newcastle at 9.30 and this is a lovely photo of the arrangement all done at 12.15pm so efficient and no trouble great service thank you
Placed a phone order last week for delivery to my girlfriend. Great customer service, beautiful flowers, delivered in a timely manner!
Spot on service every time
Disappointing for a small business. They accepted a same day delivery order on the website made before their cut off at 2pm - and then waited until after 2pm to say the courier was full and the delivery could not be made until the next day, leaving me with no other options elsewhere. The delivery was not far either. If it was my business I would have been in my car to deliver them before I went home rather than using Petals service to disappoint customers. Terrible.
Hours said open till 1pm on Saturday, arrived at 12.30 to find the shop closed
