Anthony and Vanessa are great trainers my wife and I started the class 3 weeks ago, and we are amazed the progress with both had seem. They are very friendly and take their time explaining each exersice. We feel so much more energetic after taking the class! I have felt pain in muscles I didn't know I had! I will highly recommend this bootcam/crossfit classes
It's only been a week, but so far I love it. They are a Crossfit type gym. They don't officially have the title yet, but it's in the works. We do the same workouts at a fraction of the price. The instructors are great, they do an excellent job of explaining the exercises, but we get going right away. I would recommend Redlands Fittek to anyone looking to get started with Crossfit/cross training.
