Great place to workout and get fit. Awesome instructors who are attentive and patient. Positive, supportive atmosphere, no shaming.
Great team of trainers! Lively and fair priced, this place is awesome! Trainers are knowledgeable and correct form to ensure you are performing the exercises and movements correctly to get better results. Trainers are personable and professional. I've been to other camps, and this is definitely my favorite!
I started working out here when they opened at the end of December and have really enjoyed the experience so far. Because they create the workouts each day it takes the guess work out of it. And because the program is designed as a class/group experience there is a natural accountability built in. Love the coaches too. Very supportive and encouraging. They correct your form when needed and really push you to get the most out of the workouts. Seeing results after 2 months is motivating too.
