Dr. Ditch, the new head doctor is awful. The staff and nurses are great! It's a shame we no longer have the same doctor. Avoid if possible.
Dr. Chai, Vanessa, and Ashley are the most amazing dream team. My parents had their new patient appointments today and could not stop raving about each and everyone of them. Dr. Chai conducted the entire appointment in Chinese, and even stayed through his lunch to get to really know them and their history. Dr. Chai really epitomizes the "family" in family practice. Thank you so much for giving us the invaluable peace of mind that our parents are in good hands!
