Family!!! This is how this office makes you feel! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Great Dentists! Great Hygienists! Beautiful state of the art facility! If you love to SMILE, this is the office for you.
I have to say that my first visit was pleasant. Today was a different story. Went to the dentist, because my crown came off. At first the dentist was very polite, however it all changed when I chose a cheaper crown than the one he recommended. I already have all kinds of expensive crowns in my drawer, that have not stayed on. I'm not going to spend another 1,000 dollars on a crown that they cant guarantee will not come off again.. I am not a big fan of the dentist, and alot less of dental groups, but this office was a suprise. I was able to get in and have a pleasant experience with a dentist who went over my options with me. The staff was polite and responsive. I have had no problems with my insurance and will probably use this office for years to come. I hope that if you are looking for a dental office in Redlands, that you will consider giving Redlands Dental group a call. You might be pleasantly suprised.
