Poorest sports section (local, national, you name it) I’ve encountered from a newspaper in my whole life. One article about one or two teams. The rest is ads. I get it. You need ads. That helps pay for printing. But one article? Shameful. Decent other stuff, I guess. A bit repetitive in terms of what makes the news each day. I feel a bit guilty about leaving such a bad review when I’d love to support a local paper. I do like to know what’s going on locally, but the Community News has this thing beat by a long shot in that ar... read more

Two weeks of no paper, even when calling to speak to an actual person and being told a paper would be sent out. STILL NO PAPER! The automated phone system is seriously lacking as well.

The circulation department cannot manage to get a paper to me on Sundays, which is the only day of the week it is supposed to be delivered. I have received 3 — count ‘em — 3 since I subscribed in May (it’s now the end of July) and one of those was actually thrown next door, but my husband got it. I have called on Sunday several times, but it was after 10:00 am, so it was too late for redelivery. I prefer an actual paper to a digital subscription. If they can’t get their act together, I will have to cancel entirely.
