It’s likely the owners of Redlands Chrysler aren’t aware of their scheduling gatekeepers' lack of concern for potential customers. On November 28th I attempted to arrange an oil change to occur on December 1st. Some sort of computer constraint prevented the man from completing the arrangement. Instead he said “I have your telephone number, I will call you back when I solve the computer problem”. He did not.
