Prices were fair. Brought my dog for a neuter at 8 AM and told pickup was between 2-4. My issue is they called me from a number different than the office number on google, which i have saved. Called one time at 10:30, didn't leave a voicemail or try calling again after that. I called their office number around 1:30 and they told me he had been ready to get picked up for almost 3 hours at that point. They let my dog sit there an extra 3 hours and never bothered to call me more than one time with no voicemail.
Absolutely the best bet out there. Staff is amazing, facility is beautiful and the docs are amazing. ♥️
Red key has always helped us out! During stressful times. My foxs ohana had to have his leg taken off zack acted quick and had him looking brand new can even tell he’s had surgery! I also take my dogs and cats here alone with my skunk squirrel and etc.. zacks mother is amazing with cats! She’s always quick to respond and always breaks things down piece by piece! I couldn’t be more blessed to have found a vet that cares about the animals not the money

Dr. Zach is amazing. He and his staff have took care of our dogs for quite sometime. Yesterday We had to help our dog cross the rainbow bridge so that he was no longer suffering. He and his assistant Katie were amazing when it came to helping us through the process and being there for us. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness and compassion.
I’m very picky about who is around my Vannah but these guys are wonderful! I live in Decatur about 45 minutes away! Haven’t had a bad experience! Been taking Vannah here since I got her❤️
