After reading the great reviews .. I expected a beautiful experience. Got the hair colour and hair cut today . Did not get the results as I expected. Hair color was on my forehead , side of ears etc. even after washing . Scalp feels powdery on front side. And about hair cut , I got very thick and long hair .. I showed Sara that I want long layers . She cut my hair short and volume is gone and it looks like step cut .. not long layers .. Was trying for the first time here and was hoping a lot .. but 175 $ for hair cut and hai... read more

My hair is thin, fine and brittle. I usually chop it at a blunt cut every few months on my own but that just not been working for me. I didn’t know what I wanted exactly so I just told her what I didn’t want and she cut it very professionally. She knows what she’s doing and I’m satisfied with this cut, it works with what I have :) Thanks Sarah
