This is the worst builder ever!!! The whole experience with Redink is exhausting and frustrating. Took 6 months to complete build contract, now another 6 months has gone by, and the house has not even been slabbed. During the long 12months wait for different reasons at different phrases, they don’t communicate or follow up, and would only reach out when they are adding on cost, cost that were not discussed at pre-start or at any point before or during the contract drafting. It was a fantastic journey and it was made so easy by Jo Watson Design and Sales Consultant who added a personal touch that made me feel good about it. If i could give 100 stars or more i will give this to Alex and Jordyn in Redink. I live in different state and getting things done-via emails or phone calls are not easy specially when u build first home .
