Originally gave a 10 for the service received in the beginning. It’s now been seven weeks with zero communication. We were told working drawings would take around 4 weeks but here we are, 7 weeks and nothing. Drop that 10 to a zero. Lead to believe 12 months from sign up, but now 12 months from pad being laid. Be careful out there!!! No sign of a pad for us after 4 months.
