Dr. Redington is an excellent neurologist who treated my mother for years, now she is my neurologist. She is thorough, compassionate, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. I trusted my mother's life with her as I do my own. I have discussed matters with her that are out of her scope of practice, and she made appropriate referrals.Dr. Redington is especially sensitive towards her older patients and even moved her office to better accommodate those who could not negotiate stairs. I highly recommend her.
Although on her website, Dr. Redington discusses how treatment of Parkinson's disease is an integral component of neurological medicine and implies that is what she specializes in, when I came in to see her in her office, she refused to see me, claiming that she has no knowledge or experience in Parkinson's and it was her opinion (without having performed any tests at all) that I have Parkinson's.
