Dr Redding was the anesthesiologist for my outpatient surgery and without doubt the key to calming my fears. First of all, I am very hard to get an IV started, and even if they do, the chances of it blowing or infiltrating are great. Dr. Redding used an ultrasound to successfully put in a central line, talked to me like I was the only thing he had to do that day, and three times, he told me he would be right there with me the whole time to make sure I was safe.
