Disgusting! Do not go there, the toilet in the bathroom they sent me to had blood all over the seat and underneath the seat, the toilet had not been flushed. This was around 10 am, their excuse: "the cleaning crew didn't clean it the prior night".
The wait is tooooooo long! You would think it would be more efficient with it being downtown. Hoping I never have an issue and have to come here again!
Well, all of the reviews that said it was slow and to go elsewhere were exactly correct! 3 hours later I am waiting to check out. The excuse is that they are updating their Electronic Medical Records, so maybe next time (hopefully not too soon), it might not take as long. But the employees were all very nice and apologetic and the doctor was very personable and knowledgeable! If I get well with the meds she gives me, it will be worth 3 hrs of my life.
